Narrative of Services:

At the Good Life Center for Mental Health, I offer individual session as often as 1 to 3 times per week, according to the client’s level of motivation and needs. The center also offers the option for double sessions for client’s interested in rapid remediation of symptoms. My clients and I work collaboratively, and we chose therapeutic goals conjointly. We build a latter of situation we want to address in treatment and begin choosing manageable targets. Thus, the therapeutic goals are attained as treatment is built on a foundation of success.

I have a full-time private practice specializing in treating adults, primarily through individual therapy. I have extensive experience in OCD treatment, as well co – occurring disorders such as, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Illness Anxiety Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Trauma, and relationship difficulties. I am a level 3 certified – TEAM cognitive Behavioral Therapist, and I also hold a level 2 certification in EMDR for the treatment of trauma. I believe that empathy and support, as well as a strong therapeutic alliance, are fundamental in assisting clients in adhering to Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) treatment. My office hours are flexible with evening and weekend hours available. I provide tele health services through a secure – HIPAA complaint platform.
