Terry Wohlberg MA, LMFT
I specialize in women’s mental health and reproductive mental health. Anxiety is often a prominent feature in pregnancy and postpartum mood disorders. My work inspired me to develop an expertise in working with anxiety disorders including OCD. I provide individual and couple/family therapy. I use a collaborative and cognitive behavioral approach in working with clients who have OCD and other anxiety disorders. I emphasize exposure and response prevention (ERP) when working with OCD and integrate other CBT interventions and mindfulness based practices. In addition to office visits, I provide homework assignments and meet clients for exposures outside of the office.
