Training Description:

I completed BTTI training, including direct consultation with an IOCDF expert, and have been getting weekly, direct supervision, with a psychologist who is an OCD expert and long-standing, active member of IOCDF. I have also competed certifications though the Beck Institute, and multiple workshops including a week long intensive training for treating children and adolescents with OCD and related disorders. I have treated adults, adolescent and children with OCD and related disorders as the Behavioral Health Lead at a medical facility, as well as in school systems and private practice.

I received intensive multicultural/diversity training and supervision in my PhD program, and during my APA approved internship and APA Post Doctoral Fellowship. I worked at two separate large and diverse public universities, for which I both received and provided training, about serving and working with diverse populations. In addition, I have taken workshops and other training opportunities to inform my practice with diverse populations, for continuing education almost every year since obtaining my PhD.
