Narrative of Services:
Living with OCD can feel exhausting — constant intrusive thoughts, uncertainty, and rituals that seem impossible to control. I help clients regain a sense of calm, confidence, and direction through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These evidence-based treatments reduce symptoms and build resilience by teaching new ways to relate to anxiety. My approach is structured and collaborative, providing clear guidance and steady support. Together, we’ll focus on meaningful, lasting change so you can live more freely, with less fear and greater connection to what truly matters.
Training Description:

During my training, I received advanced supervision in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and focused on integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles to deepen treatment impact. This approach helps clients not only reduce anxiety but also develop the flexibility to live in alignment with their values, even when discomfort arises.

I help clients translate insight into action — developing tools, perspective, and momentum that extend well beyond the therapy room.

Diversity Statement:

I am committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for individuals from all backgrounds and identities. OCD and anxiety affect people in diverse ways, and effective therapy must reflect that reality. My work is rooted in respect, curiosity, and cultural awareness — ensuring that every client feels seen, understood, and supported.

At Catalyst Psychology, we believe meaningful change happens when expertise meets empathy. Our goal is to help every client move beyond fear toward a life defined by purpose and possibility.
