Narrative of Services:

We specialize in evidence-based treatments for anxiety and depression. The work we do is based on science and what’s shown to be most effective in current research.

Evidence Based Practices (EBP) are treatment interventions that are based on scientific evidence/research. Many EBPs have been studied in large-scale clinical trials comparing EBPs to other psychological interventions.

EBP therapies are listed as ‘Best Practice’ interventions for treatment by the American Psychological Association and the American Psychiatric Association. The most common EBP approach for anxiety and depression involves cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). CBT has been proven effective in children, adolescents, and adults.
