Narrative of Services:

My focus is treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety disorders. I also have training in treating depression. My work is informed by Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Activation, Mindfulness, and incorporating Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills. My practice is 70% – 90% dedicated to treating clients with OCD.

Training Description:

I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2016 from California State University, Long Beach. I practiced as a Master’s Level clinician under clinical supervision treating anxiety and depression until I became licensed in the state of CA in 2019. Since 2020, I received extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention through Roger’s Behavioral Health and treated clients with severe OCD in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). I am currently treating OCD and anxiety in outpatient level of care. I have treated obsessions and compulsions related to sexual thoughts, contamination, harm, superstitious health, disease, social anxiety, perfectionism, and more.
