I have worked with obsessive-compulsive and related disorders for 15 years years. In addition to attending the IOCDF BTTI, I have completed specialty training in treating trichotillomania and skin picking through the Trichotillomania Learning Center. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and use ACT-informed exposure.
