My specialties are in the following diagnoses: OCD, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, PTSD, BFRBs, Hoarding, and Tic Disorder. The modalities utilized are: Exposure Response Prevention, Habit Reversal Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

I am a telehealth therapist for NOCD (treating those with debilitating OCD). I have a Master’s Degree and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, practicing since 2019. My cultural competencies include BIPOC and LGBTQ communities, and Christianity.

At NOCD, we undergo extensive training and updated education related to cultural competency including: BIPOC, LGBTQ communities, and Christianity. I work with people of all ages, any religion, race, community, and background. All clients are treated with respect and receive individualized treatment from me and all therapists at NOCD.
