Narrative of Services:

I work for Nashville OCD & Anxiety Treatment Center where our team specializes in treating OCD & anxiety disorders. I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents and young adults. Additionally, I specialize in family therapy. I provide telehealth services to clients residing in Florida and Tennessee and estimate that 60% of our clients have an OCD diagnosis. Our remaining clients live with a different anxiety disorder as their primary diagnosis, many of whom experience more than one anxiety disorder diagnosis or OC related disorder.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

In addition to OCD, I treat depression, anxiety disorders (separation anxiety, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, phobias, etc). ADHD, ARFID, tics and Tourette’s commonly co-occur with OCD and I am equipped to treat these disorders as well. In addition to ERP, I utilize CBT, DBT, ACT, BA, CBIT to address these co-occurring disorders.

Training Description:

I earned my Master’s degree from University of Denver in 2007 and obtained licensure in 2009. I have a special interest in family therapy and providing parenting support. I’ve worked in academic and medical settings teaching, providing assessment, evaluation and participating in research. I began specializing in OCD and OCD spectrum disorders in 2015 at Rogers Behavioral Health. I provide supervision to clinicians earning licensure in Florida and Tennessee.

As a clinic, we prioritize in creating a competent and affirming environment for people from diverse backgrounds regardless of race, ethnicity, religious background, gender identity, sexual orientation, or nation of origin and we serve a neurodiverse population.
