Diversity Statement:
I am striving toward antiracism in my life and work; and I commit myself to cultural sensitivity and responsiveness. I know that it is my responsibility to learn, know and be active in understanding race-connected experiences, while at the same time honoring the unique experiences of each individual. I seek training and consultation on race-related issues when needed, and seek culturally based trainings which are a good fit for my clinical practice. I believe that it is every therapist’s job to be actively antiracist.
