Mountain Valley Treatment Center provides intensive residential treatment for those struggling with anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. Currently, about 50% of our clients have a diagnosis of OCD and 100% of our clients have a some form of an anxiety diagnosis. Our program is CBT based and specializes in the application of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) within a holisitic 24/7 therapuetic milieu. These modalities are complimented by occupational therapy services and experiential therapy groups such as adventure therapy, animal therapy, culinary groups, expressive arts, and more.

I am certified and licensed mental health occupational therapist who has been working in intensive residential treatment for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders since 2021. I completed my Pediatric BTTI training in the fall of 2024.

As an occupational therapist, I specialize in assessing and treating sensory processing challenges and supporting functional engagement in everyday occupations (ADLS, IADLS, social participation, education/work, health management, etc.) for individuals across the lifespan.
