My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your comfort level. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable—challenging enough to make progress, but never overwhelming. Whether you’re ready to confront your fears head-on or prefer starting with mindfulness-based tools, we’ll create a plan that works for you.
Since 2008, I have been helping teens and adults break free from the exhausting loop of intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors using evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With extensive training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, I guide individuals in developing practical skills and strategies for confronting obsessions, building healthier responses to distress, and breaking rituals.
