I have extensive experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention to help my clients manage their intrusive thoughts and obsessions. I use my background as a trauma-informed yoga instructor to introduce mindfulness techniques that can help you detach from your thoughts and prevent yourself from engaging in behavioral or mental compulsions. I have seen firsthand how with the right tools and support, you can overcome your OCD and regain control of your life.
