Narrative of Services:

Maybe you’ve been to therapy before, or maybe you’re wondering if you have OCD for the first time! I specialize in treating a variety of anxiety based disorders including generalized anxiety disorder, OCD, perfectionism, and trauma. I’d love to work with you to help you navigate the challenges you’re facing, to help you feel less anxious, and to live the life you’ve always wanted to! Together we’ll work together to make lasting change, and to help you overcome anxiety. My style is casual, effective, client centered, and research based.

Training Description:

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2014.

I use a variety of exposure and non-exposure treatment options depending on the needs and preference of clients. These include:
– ERP (exposure and response prevention)
– ICBT (Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
– ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy)

Diversity Statement:

I recognize that your ethnicity, the way you identify, and the systems you are apart of can greatly impact you each day. I take a client centered approach, taking the time to get to know you and what is important to you as an individual. I practice from an anti-racism, and accepting lens.

I have received significant training in cultural competency, diversity, and equity- and I value ongoing education in these areas.
