A substantial portion of my practice is dedicated to the treatment of OCD and related disorders because I love working with individuals with OCD. I engaged in a career change and pursued doctoral studies, sought out additional trainings, and attend ongoing consultations with highly respected experts with this goal in mind. I am honored to be a treatment provider that specializes in working with individuals with OCD.
In addition to working with all types of OCD, I also work with individuals experiencing depression, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, trauma, personality disorders, social anxiety, specific phobias and ADHD, as well as those navigating life transitions and the everyday challenges of being a human.
I have 15 years of experience in the research and treatment of OCD and related disorders across leading institutions, including New York State Psychiatric Institute/Columbia University, Mount Sinai Health System, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, The Reeds Center for Anxiety Disorders, and CBT/DBT Associates. As an Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai’s Icahn School of Medicine, I supervise clinical psychology doctoral interns and psychiatry residents in the nuanced application of CBT techniques in the treatment of anxiety and OCD. I practice at City Point CBT, which I founded in 2021.
I consider it a privilege to work with individuals from diverse racial, ethnic, religious, cultural, and national backgrounds. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider and I welcome neurodiversity and individuals of all physical abilities. I respect all relationship and family structures in my practice.
I view each person’s uniqueness as an asset, and I look forward to learning more about you.
