Matt Roberts MS, LMFT
Psychotherapist/Owner
In my private practice, OCD, etc., I offer individual and family therapy, both in person and via teletherapy. Approximately 3/4 (25) of my current caseload is made up of clients who are struggling with OCD and anxiety disorders. I also work with clients who suffer from issues including depression, substance use disorders, and PTSD.
In addition to OCD, I offer ACT, MI and CBT for general anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, depression, and substance use disorders. I also offer EMDR, prolonged exposure, and DBT for trauma, PTSD and C-PTSD.
I have been a therapist since 2013, and I have been specializing in OCD work since 2021. Prior to starting my own private practice, I initially worked in DBT-focused substance recovery programs, and I then received training through NOCD and BTTI. In addition to completing CBI’s ERP certification program, I also have extensive experience in ERP, CBT, DBT, HRT, mindfulness, and ACT.
I have an extensive background working in community health, and with people of diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. I have worked, and continue to work with, multiple members of the LGBTQ community.
