As a licensed marriage and family therapist, the majority of my work is with individuals who experience anxiety symptoms, including OCD. I find clients experience relief and success when we work on their challenges using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Additionally, I teach these skills to graduate students as an adjunct faculty member at Antioch University Seattle.

I have been treating clients with OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders for the past seven years. I have received ongoing additional supervision with OCD specialists, as well as attending ADAA workshops and seminars.
