Narrative of Services:

In my private practice, I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults with OCD and other anxiety disorders. My approach is evidence-based, and focuses primarily on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with exposure and response prevention (ERP) as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Treatment begins with a thorough assessment of symptoms, followed by the development of a therapy plan tailored to your needs.
