Mary Plisco PhD
In my private practice, I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults with OCD. My approach is evidence-based, and focuses primarily on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with exposure and response prevention (ERP) for the treatment of OCD. Treatment begins with a throrough assessment of symptoms, followed by the development of a therapy plan tailored to your needs. Treatment can be provided in a weekly or intensive format (e.g., daily).
