90% of my caseload is within my areas of speciality. I have previously worked in acute levels of care in psychiatric treatment facilities. I also offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, and CBT protocols for Trauma. In addition, I work with parents of children with anxiety or OCD utilizing the SPACE program (Supporting Parents of Anxious Childhood Emotions)
I hold master’s degrees in Educational Psychology, Counseling and Psychotherapy, and Clinical Social Work. I’ve completed trainings Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Institute, Massachusetts General Hospital Psychiatry Academy, and Trichotillomania Learning Center (TLC)
I have lived and worked in New Mexico and Hawaii and abroad and have treated individuals of Asian, LatinX, and indigenous origin.
Experience and specific training in working with military connected individuals, first responders, and individuals working in sensitive and security-clearance fields. Training primarily through the center for deployment psychology.
