OCD is often not a person’s only diagnosis and is especially common alongside trauma, autism, generalized anxiety, and depression. I am experienced helping to manage symptoms for any of these diagnoses.

I worked as an intern then therapist at Rogers Behavioral Health for 5 years and was very well-trained with regard to OCD, anxiety, and ERP. It is the main focus of my current practice.

I have worked with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds and humbly welcome anyone who would like to do ERP treatment with me. I am sensitive to different ethnicities, religious backgrounds, socioeconomic backgrounds, etc. and welcome all.

I had classes in multicultural competency in graduate school and have had experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds. Recently I took a post-graduate class on gender and sexual identities, and in practice have worked with many clients from the LGBTQA+ community as well. As a member of the LCBTQA+ community, I have particular sensitivity to any clients who do not identify as straight or cis.
