I am the founder of JPI Psychological Solutions in Mokena, Illinois and I specialize in treating OCD. I use evidenced-based treatments such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in my clinical work. I specialize in treating postpartum onset of OCD and harm OCD. I have extensive training using ACT and mindfulness based therapies to treat OCD.
