The Anxiety and Stress Reduction Center (ASRC) of Seattle is an outpatient treatment center specializing in evidence-based treatment for anxiety and related disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. A primary area of specialization of the clinic is the treatment of OCD and OC related disorders. All therapists at ASRC have extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the type of therapy that has the most research support for the treatment of anxiety-related problems, and exposure and response prevention (ERP), the gold-standard psychological treatment for OCD.
I specialize in evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, including exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD in children, adolescents, and adults. I have been treating OCD and OC related disorders for more than 3 years. My training in this area includes supervision from the director of the Anxiety and Stress Reduction Center (ASRC) of Seattle, as well as the IOCDF’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). Additionally, I volunteer my time as a professional consultant to the OCD Support Group of Seattle and have given a number of presentations on OCD to professionals and the community in the Seattle area.
