I have been a therapist in private practice for 10 years. My work and passions center around treating anxiety related disorders. Over 50% of my clients have anxiety related disorders. I am also skilled at connecting clients with their values as they prepare to do the work of recovery.

I recently attended the Pediatric BTTI in 2015 and further developed my skills in Exposure and Response Prevention. I also have extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and applying it to anxiety related disorders. I have been working with anxiety and OCD for about 10 years.
