I specialize in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and related anxiety disorders, with the majority of my caseload focused on OCD. My practice uses Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, often integrated with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to promote long-term resilience. I have worked with many individuals struggling with intrusive thoughts, compulsions, panic, and phobias, offering structured, compassionate, and evidence-based care to help clients reduce symptoms and reconnect with what matters most to them.

I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a licensed professional counselor with specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. Over the years, I have pursued advanced training through workshops, consultation, and supervision with the most experienced ERP experts. My clinical experience includes treating numerous individuals with OCD and related conditions in private practice, with a focus on integrating ERP and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
