Narrative of Services:

I have treated 100s of patients with OCD over the course of my practice. Currently, 30-40% of my patient population of OC related disorders.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I specialize in anxiety disorders and provide ERP for OCD, however, see co-occurring disorders such as ASD and mood disorders along with anxiety disorders.

Training Description:

I received my MSW from the University of Michigan and was awarded a fellowship in the anxiety disorder clinic at the University of Michigan depression center where I was supervised and train in ERP CBT, DBT, as well as conducted research specifically on OCD under Dr. Kate Fitzgerald and Dr. Gregory Hanna. I conducted thorough psychological testing for OCD and anxiety disorders, treated individuals with OCD for over 10 years.

Diversity Statement:

I have practiced in Ypsilanti, MI where a large percentage of my patient population was African American. I have and will always be welcome to everyone from diverse backgrounds including LBGTQ+ and all ethnicities and religious practices.

Cultural competencies were woven throughout all my training at the University of Michigan as weel as through my CEUs I have attained after being licensed. Culture competencies are a key integral factor in our social work education at the University of Michigan. I have also taken CEUs related specifically to cultural competencies and diversity.
