Narrative of Services:

In 2013, Dr. Nicholson founded Austin Anxiety and OCD Specialists where 100% of her clinical practice is devoted to the evidence-based treatment of anxiety and OCD. She is also the co-founder of Hill Country OCD Treatment Center where she provides intensive outpatient treatment to clients with severe symptoms of OCD.

Training Description:

Dr. Nicholson completed a 12-month postdoctoral fellowship in evidence-based treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder at The Austin Center for the Treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (Austin OCD) where she worked under the supervision of an IOCDF Scientific Advisory Board member. Dr. Nicholson also served as Director of Child and Adolescent Services at Austin OCD. She is a graduate of the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and has also completed the BTTI’s Advanced Training Forum on OCD-Related Disorders.
