Fifty percent of my current caseload focuses on OCD and OC-Related Disorders. Since completing specialized ERP training in 2022, I have successfully treated over 15 clients. My practice provides evidence-based interventions, primarily ERP and CBT, with a focus on delivering structured, developmentally appropriate care to adolescents, young adults, and adults.
I have over 10 years of clinical experience treating OCD and related disorders in children, adolescents, and adults across outpatient, school-based, and private practice settings. My training includes specialized coursework and workshops in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through IOCDF-affiliated programs, along with ongoing consultation with senior providers in the OCD field. I integrate ERP, CBT, and trauma-informed interventions to support developmentally appropriate and effective treatment.
I have extensive experience working with multicultural populations, including immigrant, first-generation, and bilingual families. My practice welcomes clients from diverse racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, with a focus on providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. I integrate clients’ cultural values and identities into the therapeutic process to foster safety, trust, and empowerment.
I have experience providing school-based mental health services in urban, multicultural communities and have completed specialized coursework in cultural competency and diversity-informed practice. I work to integrate each client’s cultural values, identities, and lived experiences into treatment. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, with an emphasis on creating culturally responsive and affirming spaces for growth and healing.
