As the clinic director and psychologist at Valley Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I provide cognitive behavioral treatment for obsessive compulsive disorder and other anxiety disorders. I am an expert in cognitive behavioral therapy and have over fifteen years of experience in the treatment of anxiety disorders. I offer Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) treatment for obsessive compulsive disorder, Habit Reversal Training for trichotillomania and body-focused repetitive disorders, and evidence-based treatment for other anxiety problems. I work closely with my clients to assess their symptoms and develop a comprehensive treatment plan to address their concerns.
I am a clinical psychologist and an expert in cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety disorders. I am board certified in Cognitive Behavioral Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. I earned my doctorate from Rutgers Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy. I completed two years of postdoctoral training in the treatment of OCD and Trichotillomania at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at University of Pennsylvania. I served as Director of the Cognitive Behavior Therapy Program at Montefiore Medical Center for 7 years, specializing in treatment of anxiety and OCD.
