I have been treating OCD and anxiety for over 25 years. I did a post doctoral fellowship in Psychobiology at UCLA, was a academic and clinical professor at UCLA, was attending psychologist at the UCLA Adult OCD Treatment Program and started and oversaw a doctoral and psychiatry resident training program in OCD and Intensive Treatment. I am also a past member of the IOCDF Diversity Council and have presented at national and international conferences and workshops.

Diversity Statement:

I cultivate an open, accepting and informed stance working with individuals from a diverse backgrounds. If I believe that I am not experienced or informed enough, I will tell my potential client. Thanks to living and working in Los Angeles, I have been blessed to have the opportunity to work with individuals from a variety of cultural, sexual and gender groups and socioeconomic backgrounds. I have also worked with individuals across the neurodiverse spectrum.

I received extensive coursework and training working with multicultural and economically diverse populations in my doctoral program and during a three year post doctoral fellowship. I served on the IOCDF Diversity Council and I have participated in national and international conferences and workshops focusing on issues of multiculturalism and psychological treatment adaptations for individuals from countries outside of the United States.
