Narrative of Services:

I offer individual CBT (exposure and response prevention) to children, teens, and young adults with OCD and OCD-spectrum disorders. My practice consists of at least 50% of patients falling into this category. I have treated numerous (75+) OCD-spectrum cases in my practice.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat co-occuring disorders using cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based techniques.

Training Description:

I have received extensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy and exposure therapy throughout graduate school and beyond. I completed a Pediatric BTTI in 2023. I continue to receive regular consultation and training from OCD experts.

Diversity Statement:

I trained in the Bay Area of California, one of the most culturally diverse areas of the country, and have always valued diversity as part of my practice. I have worked with bilingual and multicultural families, teens and adults identifying as LGBTQ, individuals with disabilities, and families varying in socioeconomic status.

My graduate school coursework heavily focused on diversity and I continue to seek training opportunities to increase my cultural competency.
