Narrative of Services:

I treat adult clients (18 years and older) with OCD and OC related disorders. At any given time I have several clients presenting with OCD and/or other OCD spectrum disorders. I use Exposure and Response Prevention in addition to some cognitive techniques, motivational interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment principles.

Training Description:

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with a private practice in San Francisco. I founded Pacific Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Center located in downtown San Francisco. I see adult clients with OCD and other anxiety-related disorders. I attended the BTTI training in Houston in April, 2016. Additionally, I am certified by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy and completed post-graduate training through the Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy and Research.
