Meghan Meros LCPC
I offer evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety, and trauma. In addition, I have a special interest in the integration of faith and mental health, and I can offer spiritually-integrated counseling when desired by the client.
I received my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with an emphasis in pastoral counseling from Loyola University Maryland. To meet the needs of client with OCD, I trained in ERP through the IOCDF’s Behavioral Therapy Training Institute and in Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) through the OCD Training School. I also attend annual IOCDF conferences and ongoing consultation groups led by clinicians with extensive OCD treatment experience.
My counseling practice is informed by work with and alongside the Latinx community.
I completed my first master’s degree in Latin American studies, and I have traveled and worked in several countries in Latin America. To increase my cultural and linguistic competency, I attended the IOCDF’s Behavioral Therapy Training Institute in Spanish (my second language).
