Executive Director
We provide assessment, outpatient therapy, and psychiatry services for OCD and other disorders. We also provide supportive family services such as psychoeducation sessions and supportive family therapy sessions. Approximately 30% of our practice is devoted to treating OCD and related disorders. We also treat postpartum OCD, as well.
I have been treating anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder since 2006. I worked in a residential OCD facility in Wisconsin, Rogers Behavioral Health, for several years, and have continued to provide adjunctive anxiety therapy since. I completed the BTTI training in 2021 and consultation sessions in 2022.
I am also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp). I have worked with eating disorders since 2006, at inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. I am well versed in using exposure and response prevention therapy with eating disorders.
Diversity Statement:
I value staying current on best practices and how to support clients in diverse populations. I plan to attend the Faith & OCD Conference this year, as an example, to continue to further learning about the intersection of faith and OCD. Waco is a college town, and Baylor University is a Baptist institution, and it feels important to learn more about the unique challenges that people with OCD face given their respective faith beliefs. I have experience working with the Jewish population, as well, both with OCD and eating disorders.
