Treatment is highly individualized and often involves the collaborative development of exposure hierarchies. Exposure practice may be conducted in-office, via telehealth, or—when clinically indicated—through community-based sessions such as home visits or supported driving exposures. Throughout treatment, clients are taught skills to develop a healthier relationship with their thoughts and physiological anxiety, increase distress tolerance, and move toward a values-driven life rather than one constrained by fear and avoidance.
I completed The Philadelphia Behavior Therapy Association (PBTA)’s 24 hour course on ERP, and am in the process of completing my certification in ERP through The Knowledge Tree. I am also extensively experienced in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) (trained through EMDRIA). My clinical focus includes trauma-related anxiety, specific phobias, post-partum anxiety, obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders, social anxiety, and health anxiety that frequently impacts both adolescent and adult populations.
We prioritize creating a welcoming and affirming environment for any client.
