Narrative of Services:

I currently see clients at my private practice, Treadwell Counseling, in Hanover, New Hampshire. I provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients and their support systems. About 90% of my current caseload is OCD, OC spectrum disorders, or anxiety. I utilize CBT, ERP, ACT and I-CBT modalities in my practice.
I also provide mental health and mental performance services to athletes of all ages.

Training Description:

I have advanced training in evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders, including both the Basic and Advanced Behavioral Therapy Training Institute Forums through the IOCDF and CBT for Anxiety training through the Beck Institute. I have also completed specialized training in ACT and ERP, studied I-CBT through the OCD Training School, and have been trained in SPACE. I have eight years of clinical experience utilizing CBT, ERP, and ACT, and five years using I-CBT. My background also includes two years providing residential treatment to adolescents with OCD, obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders, and anxiety disorders.

Diversity Statement:

I am committed to culturally responsive therapy and view cultural competence as an ongoing process of learning and self-reflection. I complete annual continuing education in cultural competency and regularly read about race, systemic oppression, privilege, and identity. Although I practice in a predominantly white community, I work with many international students and clients from diverse backgrounds. I recognize that cultural differences can affect the therapeutic relationship and strive to approach each client with humility, curiosity, and respect for their individual experiences, values, and identities.
