Kaila N. Mack PhD
Approximately half of Dr. Mack’s patients have a diagnosis of OCD or an OCD spectrum disorder.
Dr. Mack treats mental health concerns that commonly co-occur with OCD and OCD spectrum disorders such as anxiety disorders and depression.
Dr. Mack received her doctoral degree at the University of California in Santa Barbara. She then completed her predoctoral internship at the University of Arizona Medical Center and her postdoctoral fellowship at the Yale Child Study Center. Prior to founding Centered CBT, she was a Staff Psychologist at the MGH Child CBT Program and Commonwealth Psychology Associates. She was mentored by nationally-recognized experts in anxiety and OCD treatment affiliated with Harvard Medical School and the Yale School of Medicine.
Dr. Mack is a white heterosexual cisgender female. She welcomes the opportunity to work with individuals of different cultures, races, ethnic backgrounds, national origins, ages, religions, assigned sex, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
Dr. Mack provides skills-based group therapy for managing OCD, OCD spectrum disorders, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Groups are semi-structured and cover a variety of evidence-based strategies . They are 45 minutes in duration, once/week, for 6-12 weeks. Groups include 4-6 participants. Dr. Mack is currently recruiting participants for the following groups:
