Narrative of Services:
Our practice located outside of Washington, DC specializes in the treatment of anxiety using evidence-based treatments. I tailor treatment based on clients needs, incorporating skills from ERP, CBT and ACT. We have 17 providers on staff and 5 of us have advanced training to treat OCD and related disorders. The remainder of our staff treats GAD and other anxiety-related disorders.
Training Description:
I have completed multiple trainings on ERP and PE for OCD. I have received a certification in the treatment of anxiety disorders and have been supervised by the co-founder of the anxietyinstitute.com.
Diversity Statement:

We are an LGBTQ+ affirming and inclusive practice. I have attending multiple trainings in multiculturalism and diversity. Many of our clients are from diverse ethnic, religious and cultural backgrounds. I have worked with clients who are from 1st generation immigrant families.
