Narrative of Services:

I love helping clients with OCD, anxiety, and related conditions (including skin-picking, hair-pulling, and tics) reclaim their lives. I’ve been working as a therapist since 2004, treating children, adolescents, and adults. I believe using evidence-based treatments is the best way to help you recover, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also love connecting people and helping them build community and support each other through OCD groups. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I’m excited to work with you!

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

OCD-sufferers also often have other conditions that plague them, including tics/Tourette syndrome, body-focused repetitive disorders (hair-pulling, skin-picking, etc.), emetophobia (fear of vomiting), generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, phobias, depression, social anxiety, ADHD, and more.

Let’s work together to create a treatment plan to help you feel better soon.

Training Description:

In 2004, I earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. Now I specialize in treating clients with OCD, OCD-spectrum disorders, tics, BFRBs and anxiety disorders. Since earning my PhD, I’ve engaged in hundreds of hours of training/advanced training in evidence-based treatments for OCD and related disorders (including ERP, ACT, CBT, CBIT, and HRT). I’ve received significant supervision and consultation from a member of IOCDF’s Scientific Advisory Board and engage in ongoing peer consultation with other OCD specialists. I also completed the IOCDF Pediatric Behavior Therapy Training Institute.
