Training Description:
Jenny Li is a licensed clinician with 10 years of experience, including 7 years specializing in OCD and trauma. She is certified in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety. As a Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, she integrates IFS to foster internal safety and help clients unblend from protective parts in OCD presentations complicated by trauma. She engages in ongoing consultation and training focused on OCD and trauma.

Also trained in ACT and Prolonged Exposure.
