My areas of expertise are Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders (generalized anxiety and worry, social anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, and specific phobias), and Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (compulsive hair pulling and skin picking).
I completed a two-year post-graduate fellowship at the University of Michigan Health System’s Department of Psychiatry, where I primarily treated clients experiencing anxiety disorders and perinatal/postpartum-related distress. During this fellowship, I received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety disorders, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
I am a certified graduate of the Trichotillomania Learning Center’s Professional Training Institute on Trichotillomania and Related Behaviors, as well as the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute for OCD.
I also hold a Certification in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International.
