Alissa Jerud PhD
I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals break free from their OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention, which is considered to be the gold-standard treatment for OCD. Although the majority of the patients in my practice are seen for OCD, I also provide exposure-based treatment for other anxiety-related disorders, including PTSD, social anxiety, panic disorder, specific phobias, and generalized anxiety. Regardless of the presenting issue, I love the work that I do, in large part because I get to see people make truly remarkable changes in treatment, thus enabling them to live richer, more fulfilling and meaningful lives.
