I am available for in person appointments in downtown Colorado Springs and will continue to offer telehealth appointments in all Psypact states.
I also treat depression, suicidality or self-harm, and other anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and specific phobias.
I have worked with individuals with OCD and other anxiety disorders throughout my career. Presently, I am the Program Director of the Anxiety and Mood team at the Utah Center for Evidence Based Treatment where I help train and supervise other mental health professionals in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, and mood disorders.
Dr. Hopkins is welcoming to individuals of all characteristics, backgrounds, and beliefs. She also has specialized training in working with transgender and gender non-conforming clients, veterans, LGBTQIA+ individuals, rural mental health and culture, the Jewish community, and members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
