Kelsey Hollis LPC
At any given time, 50% of my practice is devoted to treating individuals, adults and teens, with OCD and anxiety. I have experience using ERP, CBT, and ACT to equip clients to live boldly and confidently as they become who they want to be.
In addition to OCD, I also work with clients to address issues related to generalized anxiety, depression, panic, disordered eating, and difficult life transitions. I incorporate CBT, ACT, and DBT strategies alongside faith-based practices to help clients live life aligned to their values.
I began treating individuals with OCD 4 years ago, as stressors related to the COVID pandemic brought increased need within my community. In that time, I have attended multiple trainings on the use of ERP, CBT, and ACT to treat OCD, including the BTTI in August 2023. I meet regularly for consultation with other IOCDF members & BTTI trainees, many of whom have extensive experience treating OCD and related disorders.
