Narrative of Services:
I am a clinical researcher and assistant professor of psychology at the Center for OCD and Related Disorders at New York State Psychiatric Institute/Columbia Medical Center, where I do research on and treat individuals with OCD. I also have a private practice in Manhattan where I use evidence-based treatments (i.e., CBT and ERP) to help individuals with OCD, anxiety disorders, and depression.

Training Description:

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York State. I earned my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Harvard University and completed my postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for OCD and Related Disorders at New York State Psychiatric Institute/Columbia Medical Center. I have received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) at Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital in Massachusetts and the British Columbia Children’s Hospital in Vancouver, Canada. I have published numerous peer-reviewed articles about OCD and anxiety disorders and have presented my research at national and international conferences.
