Jenny Howe Consulting provides in-state (UT) therapeutic services on a one-on-one basis to those looking for hands on experience. While staff are licensed in Utah, they provides consulting and coaching services anywhere in the world via phone and/or telehealth sessions.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat individuals experiencing common co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

I earned my M.A. in Counseling Psychology and began working for Jenny Howe Consulting, a BTTI certified OCD specialist and IOCDF member. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety and OCD using telehealth since 2019. I attend annual IOCDF conferences, webinars, and participate in an OCD specialist consultation group with other licensed providers. It is my goal to always be learning and expanding as a professional, researcher, and clinician.

Diversity Statement:

My background in special education combined with my training in mental health supports my specialization in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and individuals from other neurodiverse populations.

A passion of mine is diversifying my practice to be culturally sensitive, knowing cultural competence is an ongoing pursuit. I received my clinical training through a private nonprofit, I Ola Lahui, an organization designed to support Native Hawaiian individuals in rural and underserved communities. I completed a study abroad in Chacala, Mexico where I taught in a special education preschool.
