I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist offering support to individuals 18+ who reside and are physically located in Florida. I offer a unique perspective due to my lived experience as well as professional education, training, and experience in OCD and other areas of neurodiversity. I offer in-person and virtual appointments.
I am passionate about working with neurodivergent clients who are seeking treatment for their intrusive, obsessive and compulsive thoughts and behaviors. I offer individual therapy using Inference Based CBT(I-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) therapy.
I am trained in cultural competency and am open to all humans seeking care and an improved quality of life. I am also trained in working with diverse populations, including those who are gender-queer, non-binary, and gender non-conforming.

Neurodivergent Support Group (In-Person)
We are accepting new clients who are seeking support and validation in an unmasked group of neurodivergent adults. You can expect social connections with lived experience, and education on DBT skills. You will be in a warm, LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming space. Group will be co-facilitated by Brittany Rivers, LMHC, NCC (they/them). Adults 18+, formal or self-diagnoses are welcome! Options for a virtual group in the future as well.
