Narrative of Services:

My practice offers individual therapy for those struggling with OCD, panic, anxiety, depression, trauma and relational stressors. Approximately 50-60% of my practice is made up of individuals with OCD. In treating OCD, I utilize various forms of CBT to support clients including ERP, CBT, and ACT. My practice is focused on addressing the whole person and tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs, fostering resilience and personal growth in a compassionate and collaborative environment.

Training Description:

Services provided in my practice include evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy with exposure and response prevention (CBT with ERP) for OCD. I have been working with an OCD population for 8 years. In addition to OCD, I treat other anxiety disorders, such as panic disorder, social anxiety, separation anxiety, and specific phobias. As a doctoral student I was trained in CBT with ERP at the Institute of Living: Anxiety Disorders Center. I have attended trainings and workshops on OCD and ERP including ERP: The Gold Standard in Anxiety and OCD Treatment.

Diversity Statement:

I have participated in several educational workshops and trainings to build cultural competency with diverse populations.
