Narrative of Services:

My practice offers individual treatment through a CBT/ACT lens and I actively use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD. About 75% of my practice is devoted to working with people experiencing symptoms of OCD. I also work with related anxiety disorders (i.e., Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Phobias, etc.).

I’ve received training through the Beck Institute, MGH Psychiatry, Cognitive Behavior Institute, and the International OCD Foundation.
