Kara Friedman LPC

I offer individual therapy for individuals who experience OCD and anxiety of any kind. Approximately 90% of the individuals I work with experience OCD or an anxiety-related disorder.

Kara Friedman has a private practice that focuses primarily on clients with anxiety, OCD and related disorders. She has received training through the Beck Institute; Massachusetts General Hospital, IOCDF’s Behavior Therapy Training Institution, and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE).
