Narrative of Services:

I provide teletherapy sessions so you can get the support you need from the comfort of home. My approach to treating OCD includes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—two highly effective methods to help manage unwanted thoughts and behaviors.

For clients dealing with Tourette’s Syndrome, I use Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), a proven method to reduce tics and their impact on daily life.

I also stay up-to-date with the latest treatments through continuing education with the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and participate in consultation groups to ensure the highest level of care.

Training Description:

If you or your child are struggling with OCD, anxiety, or related challenges, you know how exhausting it can be. It can feel like life is on pause—affecting social life, work, or school—and leaving you feeling powerless. For parents, it’s frustrating and scary to watch your child go through this and not know how to help. I work with kids and adults who just want to stop suffering and get back to doing the things that matter. Over the past 10 years, I’ve helped individuals of all ages break free from the hold of OCD and related conditions.
